Adjusting the height of the forks of a pallet truck

1. We make sure we work on a straight surface.

2. We fix the pallet truck on something stable, to make it easy for us to work on it. We put it on a europallet and lifted it with a forklift.

3. Remove the front outer screw lock from each fork.

4. Turn the eccentric end of the inner screw, on the grooves, in one direction or the other, as needed, to adjust the pallet lift lever.

5. Test the arms when lifting and if they are not balanced, repeat the previous steps and then retest, as many times until the arms are adjusted.

6. Tighten the outer screws again so that the hole for the safety insert is free.

7. Insert the fuse and bend its ends.
